Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By registering, buying or activating a key, downloading the loader or running any AXI0 client, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

• You must be of legal age in your country to create an account and make purchases.
• Each person may hold a single account. Keep your email address up to date, since it is how we reach you about your account.
• Activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has your password, change it from your dashboard right away.
• Our staff will never ask you for your password.

3. Subscriptions and keys

• A subscription gives you access to the client of one game for the time you purchased. Lifetime plans last for as long as that client is offered.
• Access is personal and locked to your account and to one PC. To move to a new machine, ask staff for a HWID reset.
• A key can only be activated once and stays on the account that activated it.
• Every purchase comes with one freeze, which pauses the remaining time until you resume it.
• You receive a license to use the software, not ownership of it. All rights to AXI0 remain ours.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• share, lend, sell or trade your account, subscriptions, keys or the loader;
• modify, decompile, crack or otherwise bypass the licensing, HWID lock or update system;
• redistribute or resell AXI0, or bundle it with other products, without written permission;
• attack, stress-test or scan our website and servers, or try to access other users' data;
• harass staff or spam our support channels or Discord.

5. Third-party games and risk

AXI0 is independent third-party software with no affiliation to any game publisher or platform, and the games it supports may prohibit this kind of software in their own terms.

• Use is entirely at your own risk. We make no promise of being undetected and take no responsibility for bans, lost items, lost progress or any action a game or platform takes against you.
• When a game update breaks a client, the loader holds it back until a working build is released. We can't promise how long that will take.
• The days a client is held back for an update are credited back to your subscription automatically. This does not apply to lifetime plans (which have no end date), to bans, or to problems caused by your own system.
• Available features vary by game and may change over time.

6. Payments

• Prices are listed in US dollars. Card payments are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL) at the day's exchange rate, and checkout can show the amount in your local currency. All plans are one-time payments and nothing renews on its own.
• Card payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers.
• PayPal (Friends & Family) payments are arranged through a support ticket. Only pay to the details given by staff inside your own ticket; time is added once the payment is received.
• Extra time bought for an active subscription is added on top of its current end date.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Access is delivered digitally and starts immediately after payment. At checkout you request that access begins right away and acknowledge that, where a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, it ends once access has started. If something you bought doesn't work, open a support ticket. Depending on the case we may fix the problem, add time or issue a refund at our discretion.

• A refunded payment ends the subscription it bought.
• Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us ends the related subscription and may lead to the account being suspended.
• Nothing here removes consumer rights that your local law does not allow to be waived.

8. Loader updates

The loader checks for new versions and updates itself. Some updates are required before games can be loaded again, and older versions may stop working.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or banned, with their subscriptions and downloads revoked and no refund for remaining time. You may stop using the service whenever you like; to have your account removed, contact us through a support ticket.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those required by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every game version, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including bans, lost accounts, data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

These terms may be revised from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version. Important changes will be announced on the website or in our Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
