FAQ & troubleshooting
How it works, how to get started, and fixes for the most common loader errors. Still stuck? Open a ticket in our Discord.
Getting started
How do I install and run it?
Buy a plan, open your dashboard and download the loader. Run it as administrator, sign in with your account and pick your game. Start the game, hit inject, and the menu shows up in-game. The loader keeps the client up to date on its own.
Should I restart my PC after playing?
Yes, we recommend it. When you're done, restart before playing anything else, especially a game with a different anti-cheat. A restart clears everything the loader loaded, so nothing is left running in the background.
What do I need to run it?
Any version of Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
Payments & subscriptions
What are the payment methods?
Credit card, processed by Stripe. Your subscription activates as soon as the payment is approved. You can also choose PayPal (Friends & Family) or crypto at checkout: this opens a billing ticket with your order already filled in, and staff add your time once the payment is received.
When does my subscription start?
Card payments are instant: the subscription appears on your dashboard right after you pay. If you buy more time while a subscription is still active, the new time is added to its current end date instead of starting from today.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment, and you're never charged again. When your time runs out, the subscription simply ends; you can buy more whenever you want.
How do I activate a key?
Open your dashboard and enter it under Activate a key. Depending on the key, it adds a new game or extra time to your account.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Every purchase includes one freeze. On your dashboard, press Freeze next to the subscription: its time stops counting and the loader won't start that game until you press Resume. You get back exactly the time you had left, and there's no limit on how long it can stay frozen. Buying more time gives you another freeze. Lifetime subscriptions don't need one.
What happens when the game updates?
If an update breaks the client, the loader holds it back until a fixed build is released. The days it was unavailable are added to your subscription automatically.
Can I get a refund?
If something you paid for doesn't work, open a ticket. Depending on the case, we may fix the issue, add time, or issue a refund at our discretion.
Loader errors & troubleshooting
The loader won't open, or closes right away
Almost always antivirus or SmartScreen quarantining it. Allow the loader in your antivirus (and in Windows Security โ Virus & threat protection โ Protection history โ Allow), re-download it from your dashboard, and run it as administrator.
Windows Defender or my antivirus flags the loader
This is expected for a software like this and doesn't mean the file is harmful. Turn off Windows Defender or add an exclusion for the folder you keep the loader in, then re-download it. If you're not comfortable doing that, don't run it.
"Wrong HWID" after changing PC or hardware
Your subscription locks to one machine the first time you run the loader. A new PC or a major hardware change means it no longer matches. Open a support ticket (category: Account) and we'll reset your HWID; the next time you start the loader, it locks to the new machine.
Another game's anti-cheat is running in the background
Anti-cheats from other games (FACEIT, EasyAntiCheat, BattlEye, Vanguard, ESEA) often keep running after you close their game and can stop the loader or its driver from starting. Close those games and their launchers, then open Command Prompt as administrator and run the lines for the ones you have installed. A line saying the service doesn't exist or isn't started is fine.
FACEIT
sc stop FACEIT
sc stop FACEITService
EasyAntiCheat
sc stop EasyAntiCheat
sc stop EasyAntiCheat_EOS
BattlEye
sc stop BEService
sc stop BEDaisy
taskkill /F /IM BEService.exe
taskkill /F /IM BattlEye.exe
Vanguard
sc stop vgc
sc stop vgk
ESEA
sc stop esea
sc stop ESEAService
Vanguard usually stays loaded until a reboot. If stopping it doesn't help, exit it from the system tray (or set it not to start with Windows) and restart your PC. These anti-cheats start again on their own the next time you launch their game.
